We are experiencing partial slowness in message deliverability on the platform. This is due to an issue with the Partner API, which is affecting the speed and efficiency of message delivery. #Impact: - Message delivery is slower than usual. - Affected messages may be delayed or failed, impacting user experience. #Root Cause: We were getting API timeouts from upstream API Meta Partner (Kaleyra from Tata Communications).
