Our monitoring system has detected an issue with the Order Creation event from Shopify. As a result, Order Creation Messages and other related notifications are not being sent. We have identified the issue and are actively working on a resolution.

Chat Takeover is Impacted and not working in a majority of cases. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide updates as soon as possible.
